Francisco Javier Cuéllar Carrillo
Founder, Atlas Salus
Francisco is an engineer and entrepreneur based in Monterrey, Mexico, with a background in building businesses, operational systems and technology-enabled processes.
He founded Atlas Salus around a simple idea: patients considering healthcare abroad should not have to make important decisions inside a system they cannot clearly see.
Francisco is not a physician and does not make clinical decisions. His role is to make the system around the patient work — provider due diligence, cost transparency, coordination, logistics and accountability.
During Atlas Salus’s early stage, he remains personally involved in the patient experience and in maintaining the standards behind every coordinated case.

Atlas Salus does not provide medical or dental care. All clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals. Atlas Salus coordinates providers, travel and scheduling on behalf of patients.
