3 · What the plan includes

4 · Clinical contingencies
If your provider finds that additional treatment is needed — bone grafting, a different implant count, an extra visit — the clinical decision and its cost are theirs, confirmed with you in writing before anything proceeds. Atlas re-issues the episode summary so the whole picture stays clear.
5 · Payment milestones
- Atlas coordination fee — quoted and paid up front to Atlas.
- Any provider deposit — paid to your provider directly, on their terms.
- Travel — booked and paid by you, directly to the hotel and carrier.
- Treatment — paid to your provider directly, per their schedule.

7 · Cancellation & follow-up
Cancellation terms are set per party — the Atlas fee, any provider deposit, and travel each have their own. If your in-person evaluation finds you aren’t a candidate, you owe nothing further to Atlas. Follow-up after you return is coordinated by Atlas administratively; clinical follow-up is with your provider.
